Peace is with you! I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the spectacular service and attention to detail you gave to Steubenville East events. The showers were a great success; they were even more than I had dared to hope for. For the past several years we have had one calamity after another with the company that we contracted to supply the sanitation facilities for the participants. We have experienced everything from the waste from the portable toilet units being spilled inside the units and on the ground outside the showers that had to be totally gutted the day the conference began because they were inproperly stored, brought to us late and when fired up the pipes burst. We had been lied to and promised everything under the sun only for it to be a disaster.

I must confess when I first spoke to you and you began to promise the sun and the moon I was very leery. I thought, "I have been down this road before, what is he hiding up his sleeve?" The fact of the matter is that you have restored my faith in contractors, I know that sounds corny, but it's true.

"Tiny" was a wonderful person to work with, always bright and cheery, even when I came to him in a panic and asked for some portable toilets to be moved. He made me feel totally at ease. He was courteous and very pleasant to deal with. The young man who emptied the toilet units was so thorough and clean and also so very nice to deal with. I actually recieved a thank you letter from a group leader thanking us for the cleanest "porta potties" she has ever been in. It was remarkable and made the maintanance crew's work so much easier. I have never received a thank you letter for a clean "porta potty" before!

We have been using the Smart Companies for several years renting many handicap and regular portable restrooms to accomidate several thousand people at our events. The Smart Companies professional and reliable service is exceptional. We have never had any problems with any of the equipment that we have rented from The Smart Companies.
